Training & Pay

New drivers start with paid training up to $800 per week for your first 30–45 days . During this time, you'll learn the ins and outs of refrigerated freight, electronic logs, and regional lanes. Once you're rolling on your own, experienced drivers earn $0.50–$0.62 CPM , with weekly averages between $1,100–$1,350 depending on CDL history over the last 10 years.

The Work

This is regional freight out of Oklahoma, running refrigerated loads in Class A trucks with 53' trailers . The majority is drop-and-hook, which means more driving and less waiting. Most drivers run 10–12 days at a time, followed by two full days at home every other weekend .

A typical day involves pre-trip inspections, safe deliveries, reefer monitoring, and keeping your logs accurate. Communication is key, and with top-notch  dispatchers , you'll have support that respects your time and keeps you moving.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL issued in Oklahoma

Steady work history in any industry

Safe driving record over the last 5 years (no major violations in the last 12 months)

Must pass a road test and DOT physical

Comfortable speaking English clearly for safety and customer service
