About the Role

We're looking for an East-Coast based Recruiter to help Known build world-class science teams. You'll focus on sourcing top talent across Media Buying, Data Science, and Engineering, and occasionally help other teams grow too.

As a recruiter, you'll own the full life-cycle recruitment process : finding passive talent, identifying qualified candidates, and guiding them through to hire. You'll be the connector between brilliant minds and exciting opportunities at Known.

What You'll Do

• Maintain proactive and creative sourcing practices, identifying and engaging top passive candidates.
• Screen and evaluate candidates for technical qualifications and alignment with team values and role expectations.
• Guide candidates through the recruiting and interview process, prioritizing a seamless and positive experience.
• Build and maintain trusted partnerships with hiring managers, providing responsive, high-touch support.
• Establish and sustain a pipeline for recurring positions and future roles.
• Manage job requisitions end-to-end, including obtaining approvals, collaborating with Talent Operations on pay bands and transparency, and ensuring all documentation is up to date.
• Communicate updates on candidate progress and hiring pipeline advancements to Talent, Finance, and business practice stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Talent Team to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
• Conduct post-mortems with Talent and Hiring Managers to evaluate integration and refine recruiting practices.

The hrly rate for this position is $48-$60 per hr. This range is posted in compliance with state and municipal Pay Transparency laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to receive additional Known benefits.
