Seeking an Executive Chef to oversee the Prepared Food Department across 5 grocery store locations. Our family-owned business prioritizes creating a homely atmosphere for our customers. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, ensuring excellence in cuisine. You must possess back-of-house operations management experience and a track record of leading kitchen teams for over 5 years. Responsibilities include procurement, coordination of food preparation, and crafting dishes tailored to customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Demonstrated leadership experience with direct and indirect reports.
• Infuse creativity and global culinary expertise to innovate menus while upholding consistency.
• Manage administrative tasks such as food costs, profitability, safety protocols, certifications, training, and payroll.
• Motivate and guide a team of supervisors, line cooks, servers, and food prep staff to enhance productivity.

Proficiency in English is required, with Spanish and / or Portuguese skills considered advantageous.
