Delaware Eye Institute has a unique opportunity for an Ophthalmologist in Rehoboth Beach, DE., to join a highly respected multispecialty integrated 10 MD / OD ophthalmic practice. Our facilities include a spacious, aesthetic, free-standing building with clinical lanes, business offices, optical, excellent onsite ASC , and state of the art equipment.
Were offering very attractive base compensation and top-tier upside financial potential via quarterly incentive bonuses based on production and collections. Full benefits including health, vision, dental, matching 401k, paid CME, and paid relocation, are also provided. Equity style profit sharing plan also available.
COMPENSATION :
Our practices are in premier locations with an active and lucrative patient base and deep referral network. Compensation is commensurate with experience and consistently in the top 90th percentile in the US.
$400,000+ Guaranteed Salary plus a lucrative production bonus easily putting income in the top 90th percentile in the US. $25,000 Sign on bonus and paid relocation. In addition to excellent benefits and PTO, this also includes a Provider Incentive Program allowing physicians to share in the future success of the business. No "buy in" required and the amount payable is based on proceeds in connection with a future sale of the company and the eligible participants personally performed services.
