Recruiter : Bloom Talent Solutions is proud to partner with a respected commercial landscape provider in California, to hire a Tree Care Account Manager in Fairfield.

Lead and Grow the Tree Division :

Step into a leadership role with autonomy and upside. You'll manage a book of business and help scale the tree care division for a well-established commercial landscape company. With infrastructure and revenue already in place, this is your chance to build something lasting with strong support behind you.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead all aspects of tree care operations, from client management to crew oversight
  • Build and manage a tree care book of business throughout Fairfield and surrounding areas
  • Propose pruning, removals, and plant health care solutions for commercial clients
  • Schedule and oversee safe, efficient execution of tree care services
  • Develop full tree care plans, including GPS mapping and long-term site recommendations
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of all tools, trucks, and safety gear
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to coordinate service schedules
  • Attend client meetings and walk-throughs with clear, proactive communication
  • Drive profitability, safety, and service excellence

Qualifications :

  • ISA Certified Arborist (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
  • 2+ years of professional tree care experience
  • Proven ability to lead crews and run safe operations
  • Strong sales and marketing background within green industry services
  • Knowledge of pruning, rigging, removals, risk assessments, and plant health
  • Skilled in scheduling, routing, and client-facing communication
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Tech-friendly, including GPS mapping and reporting software
  • ISA TRAQ and / or TCIA CTSP certification a plus

    Based in Fairfield, this role serves the North Bay and surrounding markets. You'll have the autonomy to lead and grow the tree care offering while working alongside experienced landscape professionals. Long-term opportunity includes mentorship and advancement as the division expands.

    Compensation and Benefits :

  • Base Salary : $80,000–$100,000
  • Commission Potential : $10,000–$20,000+ in Year 1
