We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Depot Repair Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately recording all repair activities and ensuring timely communication and processing of instrument returns. You will work closely with the Repair Center, Field Sales, and Field Service teams to prioritize and efficiently move each return through the Depot Repair Process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Accurately record all activities in the business system to log and communicate instrument returns promptly.
• Communicate effectively with the Repair Center, Field Sales, and Field Service staff to ensure smooth coordination.
• Prioritize and track each return through all stages of the Depot Repair Process.
