Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Cardiac Cath Lab Discipline : RN Start Date : 12 / 15 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 10 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Opportunity : RN - Cath Lab Job Details : Adult Cath Lab RN position with varied work schedule Interventional scrub experience highly preferred Pediatric Cath Lab experience preferred but not necessary Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care of patients Utilize specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills for patient care Complete patient assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and educational needs Formulate and implement individualized plans of care including discharge planning Provide direct patient care, coordination, delegation and supervision of healthcare team activities Document all aspects of patient care in accordance with policy and regulatory requirements Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care Participate in education, orientation, and mentoring of facility personnel Current valid RN license in state of practice required BLS certification required Minimum one year acute care hospital experience required Experience in acute care setting within past 12 months as Registered Nurse in specialty area required Bachelor's degree preferred Professional certification preferred Must maintain clinical performance competencies through annual validations Facility : This healthcare facility features a comprehensive cardiac catheterization laboratory providing specialized cardiovascular interventional services.
