• Willing to wait for license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Days, Call
• ACLS required
• 14 - 17 patients per day
• General GI, lower endoscopy and upper endoscopy required
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
