Associate Veterinarian - Junction City, KS
$130K-$170K Base Salary + 20% Production with established diary available
$50,000 Welcome Bonus

We're hiring a Full-Time Associate Veterinarian to join a thriving, well-equipped small animal practice in Junction City, Kansas.

Digital radiography

In-house diagnostic laboratory

Whether you're performing spays and neuters or managing more advanced soft tissue procedures, you'll have the tools and support you need to deliver great care and keep your schedule running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing a busy and varied daily schedule including consultations, diagnostics, and surgeries

Performing soft tissue surgeries regularly

Building strong client relationships through excellent communication and compassionate care

Contributing to a collaborative and respectful work environment

Schedule & Hours

Full-time schedule (flexible)

Typical hours : 7 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM, Monday-Friday

Rotating Saturday shifts (typically 1or 2 max per month, 8 : 00 AM - 12 : 00 PM)

No after-hours on-call expectations

Supportive scheduling team to help balance workload efficiently

Compensation & Benefits

$130,000-$170,000 base salary, based on experience

20% production bonus (no negative accrual)

$50,000 sign-on / welcome bonus

Generous uncapped PTO and holiday time

$3,000+ annual CE allowance

Who We're Looking For

DVM or equivalent degree

Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Kansas

Strong interest or experience in soft tissue surgery

Able to effectively manage a full schedule with composure and confidence

Passionate about patient care and contributing to a positive team culture
