Acme Manufacturing has an opportunity available for an Inside Sales Representative! This position will have a starting base salary range of $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 annually plus monthly commissions and bonus opportunities (potentially worth up to $35,000.00+ annually), and is eligible for our full benefits Package , including health, dental, life, and 401k. The Workweek for this position is Full-Time , (40 hours per week) Monday -Friday. This position will work on-site at our facility near I-70 and Monaco .

Starting Pay : $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 annually

Commissions & Bonus Potential : Up to $35,000+ annually

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

The Inside Sales Representative will be working with two of Acme's brands : Coyote Landscape Products and GarageWorks Steel. Coyote Landscape Products manufactures edging used in landscaping projects and GarageWorks Steel produces steel struts and perforated angles used in the garage door industry. This position reports to the Sales Manager and will be responsible for sales, taking orders, customer service, and representing our brand to new and existing customers. Customer interactions are primarily conducted over the phone and via email.

Other responsibilities include :

• Reviewing and analyzing sales, tracking orders via phone and email, and general clerical work pertaining to the sales process for Coyote Landscape Products and GarageWorks Steel.
• Sales support for new and existing customers, including reviewing orders, and entering manually received orders into our system.
• Planning, scheduling, and coordinating full truckloads for shipment to customers.
• Providing customers with accurate shipping information, updates, and notice if logistical issues arise.
• Working with current customers to retain their business and addressing any new needs they might have.
• Assisting the Sales Manager with new customers as needed.
• Working with accounting department to help collect past due amounts as needed.
