How You'll Help Transform Healthcare :

Organizes, manages, and controls pre and post award functions and resources for sponsor funded projects and grants in an efficient and collaborative manner

Coordinates the administration and monitoring of grant funded activities, working in conjunction with applicable leadership

Coordinates the grant preparation process and assignments. Coordinates activities including evaluation of staffing needs, budgeting and reporting.

Reviews all clinical trials / projects for compliance with the terms of contract and reconciles all fees with the electronic medical record (EMR). For funds received, oversees all financial reporting and accounting related to the project.

Tracks expenses and performs reconciliations related to accounts.

Compiles and submits any data or documentation required by the sponsor.

Ensures that the organization follows accounting best practices and complies with legal regulations.

What We Require :

Education : Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.

Experience : 1-year relevant experience.

Licensure, certification, and / or registration : N / A
