The successful candidate will serve as a key partner to the Business Unit President and senior leadership team, overseeing the Program Management Office and driving business excellence processes. Key responsibilities include leading the business PMO, facilitating collaboration to resolve program roadblocks, and driving continuous improvement. The role also involves managing a team, leading the operational performance management, and driving a culture of LEAN business operations. Candidates for the Head of Business Operations role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree in Business Administration preferred. A minimum of 10 years' project management experience with LEAN certification is required, along with a strong background in continuous improvement and an agile mindset. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cross-functional project and program management, budget, cost, and profitability management skills, and a deep understanding of operational processes across various business functions. Experience in new product introduction programs, particularly in the medical device and healthcare sectors, is essential, as is the ability to collaborate within a complex, matrix business environment and manage stakeholder relationships at all levels.
