Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant (Spanish / English) - Hybrid

Our client is seeking a Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant to join their growing mortgage team. This is a hybrid role with flexibility in scheduling, where you'll provide critical support in loan processing, client communications, and file management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact loan volume and client satisfaction while working closely with company leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support in the collection and preparation of documentation for loan file submission to processing
• Establish, maintain, and update files, databases, and records accurately
• Track key dates and deadlines related to loan transactions and take appropriate actions to ensure timelines are met
• Maintain knowledge of company-approved loan programs, systems, and updates through regular training
• Provide superior client service through clear, professional communication with borrowers and internal teams
• Assist in representing the company at events or functions as needed

Qualifications

Schedule / Location

Early shift (8 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM) three days a week
