Pre-Service Coordinator

A company is looking for a Pre-Service Coordinator to manage referral processes and ensure timely delivery of homecare and medical services. Key Responsibilities Process and manage incoming requests for homecare, DME / supplies, and pharmacy / infusion services Verify benefits coverage and eligibility for services, ensuring compliance with Health Plan contracts Educate members and providers on medical benefits, referral status, and prior authorizations Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in the healthcare, DME, or medical industry Less than 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Knowledge of Medicare / Medicaid and commercial insurance Passion for improving consumer experiences
