Builder Sales Representative :
Location : Denver, CO 80239
Hours : M-F, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Pay : $70-85k / year + unlimited commission
Experience : Minimum 3 years sales experience.
Our client specializes in the installation, service and repair of garage doors and automatic openers, as well as custom wood garage doors, commercial and overhead garage doors, and epoxy flooring. They are expanding to new markets, Denver, CO being the newest
endeavor. They have steadfast relationships with a multitude of tract home builders that will lay the groundwork to establish in Denver. We have an immediate opening for a Builder Sales Representative in Denver, CO.
Builder Sales Representative Responsibilities :
Create and maintain relationships that encourage customers to do business with us.
Actively seek out and generate new sales leads for garage doors, openers, and related products.
Present our garage door products and services to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Accurately enter orders into the company's software, ensuring correct product selection and shipping dates.
Perform precise measurements at customer locations for accurate product sizing and installation.
Follow up with clients to address any questions, finalize sales, and ensure a positive experience.
Stay informed about new products, trends, and regulations in the garage door industry.
Possess a basic understanding of construction principles to effectively explain installation requirements.
Negotiate sales prices and terms with clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales, estimates, and customer interactions.
Builder Sales Representative Requirements :
Prior sales experience is essential, ideally with a focus on construction or home improvement products.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on building positive relationships.
Ability to use a tape measure and basic construction tools.
Ability to use computer software for order entry and communication.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
Ability to identify and resolve customer issues and concerns.
