Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

A company is looking for a Sr. CC Business Intelligence Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Provide sophisticated analytics to support business challenges and perform statistical analysis

Translate unstructured data into actionable project objectives and conduct qualitative and quantitative research

Generate regular reports and dashboards while performing operational analysis to identify trends and improve processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or related field

5-7 years of experience in data mining, analysis, and modeling with large data sets

3-5 years of experience in data analytics and customer experience

1-2 years of experience with Contact Center practices, systems, and tools

Advanced capability with Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
