Schedule : Full Time

Shift : 7 PM 7 AM with rotating weekends

The community you'll be caring for : AdventHealth Gordon

The role you'll contribute : Responsible for delivering coordinated nursing care to patients within a patient care unit. This position collaborates with physicians, multidisciplinary team members, patients, and families to provide comprehensive physical and psychological support. Additionally, this role supervises and directs the activities of assigned nursing and ancillary personnel, ensuring compliance with state, facility, and regulatory guidelines. This position utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to maintain and improve patient outcomes.
