• Call coverage 2 / 7 nights with 10-minute response time
• 25 - 30 patient encounters per shift with 2 admissions
• Phone consults handled by separate service
• Scheduled clinical hours plus call coverage

• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
