StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : Regular 8 Pay Rate : $1746.00 - $1890.00

This facility is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB / GYN) Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule : Monday - Thursday; 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am - 12pm
• Practice Setting : Outpatient, Inpatient
• Types of Cases :  Obstetrics and Gynecology cases, surgeries and deliveries
• Credentialing Timeframe : 0-30 days; temporary privileges available for provider with clean background and completed application turned in.
• Electronic Medical Records(EMR) : Mckesson an Athena
• Certifications Required : Board Certification, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Fetal Heart Monitoring
• Licensure Required : Active Washington license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
