Job descriptionFirst-year salary guarantee is based on MGMA / AMGA median, and compensation moves to RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidates qualifications. Signing bonus . Up to $20,000 relocation expenses covered, including packing. Generous healthcare / vision / dental annual premium paid for provider and family. Life insurance and long-term disability insurance. Matching 401k upon start. Up to 11 weeks of paid time off (for full-time, five-day production work week after first year, non-immigration status). Our Dermatology team consists of nine general dermatologists, one Mohs surgeon and two APPs when fully staffed. This position is being hired to add new dermatology services to the rural Moses Lake community.
