Excellent guest service and hospitality skills and professional presentationStrong people oriented leadership skillsStrong analytical / decision making skillsExcellent interpersonal communications and presentation skillsExcellent ability to solve complex problemsDemonstrated ability to effectively drive sales and profitsAbility to drive initiatives to increase brand loyaltyProven success of building and cultivating strong positive working relationshipsSelf-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detailTime management and deadline orientedMust be effective at listening, understanding and clarifying concerns and issues raised by guestsEducation and Experience :
Minimum 5 years wine operations experience preferably in fine diningMinimum 2 years wine purchasing experienceAbility to work in a high pressure, fast-paced environmentExcellent wine and beverage knowledge and wine pairingsExcellent knowledge of computer applications and POS systemOpen flexibility – requires weekend and evening work schedulePhysical Requirements :
Prolonged periods of standing and walkingMust be able to lift, balance, and carry up to 40 pounds
