Job Description

Manage day-to-day field operations on healthcare construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule are met. Drive coordination between subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to keep work progressing smoothly. Operate as the on-site leader, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and enforcing compliance with plans and specs. Deliver accurate reporting and updates to project stakeholders, keeping communication clear and proactive. Run site meetings and create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and safety on the jobsite.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have proven experience leading ground-up and / or renovation healthcare projects, with a strong understanding of hospital regulations and compliance. They bring excellent leadership and communication skills, the ability to problem-solve under pressure, and a track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. A collaborative, detail-oriented, and safety-first mindset is essential.
