State Licensed Actuary

A company is looking for an Actuary to join their Risk team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the design and enhancement of pricing and underwriting models in partnership with Underwriting

Leverage statistical techniques and data sources to improve risk segmentation and portfolio performance

Develop analysis for external insurance companies to support relationship management and compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

5-8 years of professional actuarial experience in the P&C insurance industry

ACAS required; FCAS strongly preferred

Proficiency in scripting languages and statistical software (e.g. SQL, Python)

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)

Familiarity with DOI requirements across multiple states
