Solutions Partner Liaison

A company is looking for a Solutions Partner Liaison. Key Responsibilities Promote Total Leave digital capabilities and serve as the primary contact for complex questions related to STD, Leave, PFL, and ADA Handle complex claims and leave inquiries from clients, ensuring timely execution of action plans and issue escalation Provide subject matter expertise to educate clients on Total Leave products and workflows, while fostering continuous improvement Required Qualifications and Education Proficient in Solutions and product portfolio Four-year degree or equivalent experience recommended Strong technical claims / leave experience Knowledge of STD and FMLA, with the ability to quickly learn ADA and PFL Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and collaboration
