What You’ll Do

Installations & Technical Work

Install high-efficiency furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and ventilation systems

Perform start-up, testing, airflow balancing, and commissioning for maximum efficiency

Follow ENERGY STAR® guidelines, building codes, and manufacturer specs

Leadership & Quality

Lead and mentor a small installation crew

Ensure work meets company quality and safety standards

Maintain clean, safe, and respectful job sites

Customer Communication

Explain system features, benefits, and maintenance to homeowners

Promote our mission of sustainability through environmentally responsible practices

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

5+ years residential HVAC installation experience (2+ years in a lead / senior role)

EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal preferred)

Strong technical expertise in energy-efficient HVAC systems

Hands-on experience with heat pumps and mini-splits

Proven leadership and mentoring skills

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Strong problem-solving, detail orientation, and commitment to safety

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with BPI standards or weatherization programs

Experience with boiler systems and indoor air quality products
