Job DescriptionJOB DESCRIPTIONJob SummaryThis position will be providing analytical support for the Clinical Strategy team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing healthcare data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to the business. The role will be engaged in collaboration across departments and with internal / external customers to define requirements and understand business challenges. You will be handling both structured and unstructured healthcare data sets from multiple disparate sources to design, develop, implement and maintain analytics products using advanced mathematical and statistical methodology. This position will be expected to effectively use current and emerging technologies to create unique solutions from initial concept to fully tested production and communicate results and insights learned from data analysis to a broad range of audiences. We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly skilled senior data analyst with healthcare data background who feels comfortable in a fast-paced environment. As a part of the Clinical Strategy team, this position plays a critical role in our organization and instrumental in helping to provide meaningful insights to leadership and operations team to make differences in patient care. KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES With limited supervision, the Sr. Analyst, Data is responsible for data compilation, data management, data analysis, and reporting Lead the requirements gathering, planning and execution of large-scale projects, develop complex logic and provide data solutions to business partners Partner cross-functionally at all levels of the organization to understand the business needs and work collaboratively Communicate and present insights and recommendation to leadership in well-organized, easily understood and effective way both verbally and visually Develop, maintain and troubleshoot complex codes developed using SQL, Python, PySpark and other analytical tools Extract, transform, compile data from multiple sources or applications using various tools such as Python, PySpark and Excel Prepare regularly produced reports to support executive decision-making Perform periodical data audit, develop processes for monitoring, tracking and trending information and data Develop and maintain dashboards using Microsoft Power BI or Tableau for use by leadership Work with internal, external stakeholders as needed to research, develop, and document new standard reports or processes Supports management and other team members as requested on all things data related.
