Position Summary

Are you a dynamic leader with management experience and a passion for coaching and inspiring teams? Our Shift Lead provides hands-on experience in every aspect of car wash operations. As you progress through training, you'll gain increasing responsibility, ultimately mastering day-to-day operations and becoming accountable for the overall success and profitability of a Super Star Car Wash location. Through this program, you will :

• Gain real-world leadership experience
