Job Description
Lead preparation and review of corporate, trust, and individual tax returnsManage tax department workflow, deadlines, and staff assignments across in-office and remote team membersOversee quarterly filings, year-end planning, and compliance cycles for diverse client entitiesMentor, train, and supervise tax staff while fostering a culture of quality and accountabilityDrive technology upgrades and process improvements within the tax departmentPartner with firm leadership on strategic growth initiatives and service offeringsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulationsMaintain high standards of responsiveness and client service for business and high-net-worth clientsQualifications
Active CPA license5+ years of public accounting experience with strong corporate and trust / individual tax exposureProven experience reviewing complex returns and managing engagementsComfortable leading a tax team and improving processes and systemsProficiency with common tax and accounting platforms (e.g., UltraTax, QuickBooks or similar)Based in or willing to relocate to the Indianapolis metro areaWhy Youll Love Working Here
