Role Description

This position is for a full-time Litigation Attorney with 2 to 10 years of litigation experience. Experience in Real Estate, Landlord-Tenant, and Habitability lawsuits is a plus. The position can be in either Northern or Southern California. The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for handling motions, court appearances, trials, and depositions. Work in the home or office is acceptable. Competitive salary and full benefits.

• Experience in court proceedings and depositions
• Ability to handle motions and trials effectively
• Demonstrated knowledge of legal procedures and regulations
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Bar membership in California
