Delaware Compliance Officer

A company is looking for a Compliance Officer in Delaware.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee compliance functions for the Delaware health plan and coordinate policy development

Manage state compliance meetings and interactions, including audits and regulatory correspondence

Conduct internal compliance audits and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred

7+ years of compliance program management and contract experience with State Medicaid programs

5-7 years of experience with healthcare regulatory agencies in compliance and fraud program development

5+ years of experience overseeing implementation of contract requirements
