Overview

The Video Safety Operations (VSO) Reports & Insights Team architects diagnostic frameworks and builds automated data solutions to elevate operations performance. Our mission is to sustain a safer video ecosystem via data-driven excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design, update, and implement moderation performance data metrics & attribution frameworks.
• Set granular targets and design performance scorecards, monitor target completion rates, navigate root causes and coordinate cross-functional (XFN) solutions for performance driving.
• Develop and maintain strategic data dashboards and automation solutions.
• Conduct topic deep-dive analysis to enable cross-functional (XFN) decision making.
