VHS is looking for a qualified Physician - Clinic.

• Description : Job ID # : 3078761Coverage Details : Floating between two sister facilities - NCH and LPH
• Coverage needed per month 24hr / hourly shifts / shifts call etc : daily shifts 8a-6p for 1-2 weeks per month with a possibility of night call for inpatient consults.
• Frequency of any Call needed : no additional night call required but would be beneficial if consult coverage assistance is provided.
• Schedule Details : start / end times days of the week etc Monday- Friday 8a-6pmWork Details :
• Support staff : RT's black lung team
• Department Description : the coverage is primarily for Black lung clinic
• Patient Volume : 5-10 patients per day
• Patient Age Group : varying
• EMR / Documentation System : Epic DOLRequirements :
• Are Board Certifications Req'd? : yes
• Which State Licenses Req'd? : VA
• Certifications Req'd? BLS / ACLS / etc : BLS and ACLS required
• DEA Req'd? : yes
• Are vaccines mandatory? : yes Influenza and MMR
