Senior Embryologist

Responsibilities :

Set up and oversee daily operations of the embryology lab.

Perform advanced embryological procedures, including IVF, ICSI, and embryo freezing.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies and standards.

Maintain accurate records of all laboratory activities and patient data.

Train and mentor junior embryologists and lab technicians.

Collaborate with clinicians and other specialists to optimize patient outcomes.

Contribute to research and development projects in reproductive medicine.

Regularly review and update laboratory protocols to ensure best practices.

Manage laboratory inventory and ensure all equipment is properly maintained.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Reproductive Medicine, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of senior or supervising embryologist experience in an embryology lab. (Embryology TS experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of ART techniques and a proven track record of successful procedures.

Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements in reproductive medicine.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
