The unit has a total of 345 beds with a diverse patient population. The staff includes RNs and CNAs across day and night shifts. Patient ratios are 1 : 5 during both day and night shifts, varying between units. Various types of equipment are used, and the EMR system is Meditech. The ideal candidate should be flexible and willing to float among different units. Teamwork and compassion are essential qualities for success in this role. This position offers a great opportunity to learn and care for patients with various acute and chronic medical issues. Floating may include Med / Tele and Rehabilitation units.
