LinTech Global is looking for an Information Assurance Specialist II to support the PEO STRI Contract in Orlando, FL.

Position Overview :

• Cybersecurity Expertise : Seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional with a minimum of 4 years of experience or equivalent expertise supporting DOD environments. Prior experience as a Tier II Systems Administrator with a strong background in securing diverse client, servers, and network environments (Cisco, Windows, Linux) would also make strong candidates for this position.
• Regulatory Compliance : Requires a robust understanding of and experience applying cybersecurity principles, best practices, and regulatory requirements (e.g., NIST 800-53) to ensure system and data integrity.
• Vulnerability Management : Proficiency in utilizing industry-standard and DOD-standard vulnerability scanning and assessment tools (e.g. Tenable Product Suite) to identify, analyze, and remediate security weaknesses.
• Risk Management Framework (RMF) Proficiency : Demonstrated knowledge and experience implementing and maintaining systems in accordance with the DoD RMF, including FISMA compliance and continuous monitoring.
• Team Collaboration & Communication : Must possess exceptional teamwork and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical teams and communicate security posture to stakeholders.
