How you can make a difference
As a Sr Program Manager, you will be part of the Product & Technology Business Operations team responsible for delivering on the vision of the CTO. You will work closely with Product and Technology leaders to collect and analyze data relating to business operations, tracking and reporting on the progress of large initiatives within the Product and Technology organization, build and maintain reporting dashboards, create presentations for reporting to C-level and the Board, and any other tasks to ensure the teams can deliver on the Product & Technology vision and roadmap.
What you’ll be doing
- Program Management of cross-product initiatives requiring an understanding of scope, driving issues to resolution, escalating and mitigating risks
- Tracking and reporting on the progress of the Product roadmap and large Technology initiatives, highlighting issues and escalating risks
- Tracking and reporting on KPIs
- Portfolio Management analysis and dashboard creation
- Data analysis around workforce management, including vendor and contractor spend
- Vendor relationship management
- Creating PowerPoint presentations for Steering Committees and Board meetings
- Working with Finance to create dashboards around budget tracking and reporting
- Interfacing with other teams such as IT, Security, Operations and Service to ensure Product & Technology stay aligned with broader organizational initiatives

Advanced skills in Microsoft ExcelAdvanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint7+ years of Project Management experience7+ years of experience in building and maintaining spreadsheets, and doing data analysisDetailed oriented and capable of delivery high quality outcomesExcellent organizational skillsProven ability to leverage analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong presentation, communication (writer and verbal), and interpersonal skillsExperience with Health benefits administration (HSA, FSA or COBRA, etc..) business processesAbility to quickly adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree and / or relevant experienceLI-Remote

Salary Range
108500.00 To $150000.00 / year
