Construction Accountant

Pompano (Hybrid Flexibility)

Salary : up to $85K-$93K yearly

Responsibilities of the Construction Accountant :

  • Manage financial aspects of real estate development projects
  • Track expenses
  • Analyze budgets and manage cash flow
  • Balance sheets, Accruals, Fixed Asset schedules
  • Month end close
  • Support financial modeling for new development properties

    • Requirements of the Construction Accountant :

  • 2+ years full cycle accounting experience
  • Real estate development accounting experience
  • Yardi Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
