This 1099 commission-only role is ideal for individuals who thrive on helping others succeed, building trust, and guiding clients through a smooth and supportive life insurance process.
You’ll work with warm, inbound leads —no cold calling—offering expert guidance and long-term support as clients secure financial protection for their families.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the trusted advisor for prospective and active clients
Understand client needs and present the best-fit life insurance options
Guide clients through the application, approval, and onboarding process
Ensure clear, timely communication and an exceptional customer journey
Track all interactions, updates, and tasks using our CRM system

Compensation :
This is a 1099 commission-only position. Customer Success Advocates typically earn $3,000–$7,000 / month, with top performers exceeding $10,000 / month.
