Job Description

Position Summary

The Territory Marketing Manager will serve as the unified marketing lead for three of our Midwest brands. This role is responsible for implementing platform marketing strategies across local offices while ensuring local brand needs and initiatives are effectively supported. The position plays a key role in maintaining brand consistency, supporting lead generation, managing vendor relationships, and optimizing execution across the region.

In addition to territory-level responsibilities, this role will support the Regional Marketing Director with platform-level projects and operational initiatives as needed.

What You'll Do :

Budget Management & Operational Oversight

  • Manage Local Marketing Budgets
  • Work alongside brand leaders to deploy budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns and materials stay on brand and on budget.

Shape Our Online Reputation

  • Help local teams respond to reviews, track ratings, and boost customer satisfaction through smart engagement strategies.
  • Support Community & Brand Events

  • Assist with sponsorships, partnerships, and events that build strong local connections and grow brand visibility.
  • Drive Lead Management and CRM Accuracy

  • Support lead capture and intake operations across local offices, ensuring accuracy within CRM systems (Acculynx, CallRail).
  • Implement and monitor performance protocols for lead conversion, speed-to-lead, and rehash campaigns (e.g., Hatch).
  • Manage reporting on LSA (Local Services Ads) and ensure accounts are maintained to platform standards.
  • Manage reporting on paid tactics (Angi, etc.) where relevant and ensure local teams are trained in maintaining lead progress.
  • Lead Social Media & Content Support

  • Guide local social media efforts with content planning, best practices, and coordination with designers-helping keep posts fresh, consistent, and engaging.
  • Platform-Level Support to the Regional Marketing Director

This role will provide ongoing support to the Regional Marketing Director across broader platform initiatives that span multiple markets and brands.

  • Be a key player in exciting cross-brand projects that keep our marketing running smoothly-from planning and coordinating big moves and process improvements, to rolling out fresh campaigns.
  • Dive into data and teamwork to help shape strategy, track progress, and make sure every initiative hits its mark across the region.
  • You Might Be an Ideal Candidate If :

  • You have a background in Marketing, Communications, or Business (a degree is preferred, but experience speaks volumes too)
  • 2-3 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in a fast-paced or multi-brand environment (agency or client-side welcome!)
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly-each brand you support will have its own rhythm
  • Strong interpersonal skills-you can work across teams, help keep projects moving, and bring others along with you
  • Open to frequent change-you'll thrive in a fast-paced, evolving structure
  • Confident using or learning marketing tools and CRMs (we use AccuLynx, CallRail, and Hatch but we will train on ours)
  • Naturally organized with solid communication skills-you're the kind of person people trust to follow through
  • A collaborative mindset with just the right amount of independence-you're self-motivated but love being part of a team
  • Willing and able to travel regionally (about 15%) to support brand initiatives in the Midwest
  • Benefits

We believe that great people deserve great benefits. At Allstar Services, you'll enjoy :

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
