Job descriptionPrevious experience in purchasing or procurement (manufacturing environment preferred). Strong organizational and communication skills. Basic knowledge of inventory systems or ERP tools is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented and able to follow up on open orders. English required; bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.
Purchaser
We are hiring a Purchaser for a temporary, full-time position during 1st shift. This is a great opportunity for someone with purchasing experience who enjoys working in a structured and fast-paced environment.
What Youll Do :
- Purchase materials, parts, and services needed for daily operations.
- Compare prices, delivery times, and vendor quality.
- Monitor stock levels and generate purchase orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Track price trends and provide cost updates to internal teams.
- Maintain clear records of purchases and vendor data.
- Support communication between departments and the purchasing team.
