Job description :

As the Account Sales Executive for our client, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by promoting the company’s specialized commercial cleaning services to prospective, qualified customers. This is a strategic, high-impact role for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

You’ll introduce comprehensive offerings, including commercial kitchen cleaning, exhaust hood preventative maintenance, appliance cleaning, grocery store deep cleans, floor cleaning & sealing, power washing, and more—to potential clients and play a key role in helping the company expand its market share.

Responsibilities :

Solicit and promote services to develop new business. Identify prospective customers and promptly respond to all incoming warm leads.

All sales activity must be documented in CRM by the end of the day.

Schedule appointments with new and existing customers to review products and services.

Make recommendations to Management regarding effective sales methods and techniques.

Compensation & benefits :

Base = $75- $85k

Commission = approx. $30k-$80k

Uncapped commission structure

Projected 1st Year Earnings = $110k-$160k

Uncapped commission

Residual commission paid on reoccurring services for 2 years every time the service reoccurs.
