Daily schedule : Monday and Friday; 8 days per month on a 2-weeks-on / 1-week-off rotation

Practice setting : Tele-Health

Types of procedures : Screening Mammograms, Diagnostic Mammograms, Digital Mammograms, 3-D Tomosynthesis, Needle Localizations (mammography and ultrasound guided), Sentinel Node Injections, Fine Needle Aspiration / Biopsy, Bone Density, Breast Ultrasound, Stereotactic Breast Biopsy, Ultrasound-Guided Breast Biopsy, Mammotome Biopsy System, Percutaneous Needle Biopsy

Number of patients : 220 RVUs per 24-hour period (split between team)

Ages : All ages

Additional information : Provider must have experience in mammography and supply their own equipment. The site provides software. Templates are available for reporting. Fast credentialing process with temporary privileges available. Great long-term tele-health opportunity with responsive client communication.
