Overview :

Our Real Estate Managers manage and execute lease, license and colocation transactions both new deals and renewals while fostering business growth. They primarily work through a dedicated process to deliver executed real estate documents in a high-volume environment while maintaining critical performance metrics. You will work independently and as part of a team to reach department goals. You also may work on special projects / assignments such as financial analysis, business cases and market expansions as needed.

Compensation : [Starting / Initial] Base Salary Pay Range : $75,000-$85,000 / yr.

Specific offers within the listed pay ranges are determined by a variety of factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and business needs.

Responsibilities :

• Manage contract negotiations and transactions for an international ISP
• Provide advice on transactions
• Attend regular meetings and conference calls
• Identify opportunities to improve transaction management processes
• Work directly with other team members to resolve transaction and landlord issues
• Actively manage detailed notes and records for each transaction
• Review and prepare lease documents, lease summaries, abstracts, and other materials
• Gather and evaluate real estate market and property data in an internal database
