EHS ManagerSanta Clarita, CA $90,000-$130,000Position OverviewThe EHS Manager will oversee the environmental, health, and safety programs within the organization, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting a safe work environment. This role is critical in developing strategies to minimize risks, improve safety performance, and foster a culture of safety across all levels of the company.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA

regular audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure adherence to safety standards.Lead investigations into incidents and near misses, utilizing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.Provide training and support to employees regarding EHS practices and emergency response procedures.Collaborate with management to establish EHS goals and metrics, tracking progress and reporting to stakeholders.Stay informed on changes in regulations and best practices, adapting policies and training as necessary.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management or a similar role.Certifications such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional), CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist), or CHMM (Certified Hazardous Materials Manager) are highly preferred.Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA regulations, and industry standards.Experience in conducting root cause analysis and safety audits.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage employees at all levels.BenefitsMedical, Health, VisionPTOHolidays
