Job descriptionReview internal controls, policies, marketing materials, and business practices for compliance with federal and state regulations (e.g., Reg E, GLBA, UDAAP, BSA / AML, OFAC) Conduct compliance monitoring and testing across business lines and third-party activities Assist in regulatory change management and risk assessments Draft and update compliance policies, procedures, and training content Partner with Legal and other internal stakeholders to provide practical, risk-based compliance guidance Track findings and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions Strong communication and analytical skills Ability to explain complex regulations clearly and concisely Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, regulated environment High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Knowledge of banking products and applicable regulatory requirements
Payments Compliance Analyst
Location : Columbus, OH (flexible hybrid schedule)
Department : Compliance
Reports To : Payments Compliance Manager
Base Salary : $65,000-$75,000
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking compliance, audit, or risk management; experience in a regulated financial institution is strongly preferred
