Job Description

We’re Hiring! Join TSP Contracting as a Field Assistant and be part of our growing team in the construction industry.

Responsibilities :

Assist in setting up and cleaning up job sites.

Transport materials, tools, and equipment to / from job sites.

Perform basic labor tasks under the supervision of the Crew Lead.

Ensure safety guidelines are followed at all times.

Maintain and organize tools and equipment.

Communicate effectively with the Crew Lead and team.

Fluent in both Spanish and English. Previous experience in project coordination, preferably in the US market. Strong understanding of materials and design principles. Proficient in using Zoho One modules for project management. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
