As a Security Officer - Financial Patrol in Greenville, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. This is a driving post, requiring you to navigate the premises and interact with employees and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service. Pay Rate : $16.80 / Hour

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution's premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any irregularities.
  • Observe and report any unusual conditions or situations that may require further attention.
  • Maintain a visible Allied Universal presence to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to employees and visitors.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and employees, assisting with inquiries and providing directions as needed.
  • Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities as required by site procedures.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
