Location : Rock Hill, SC 29732 – Experience the charm of Rock Hill with its beautiful parks, thriving arts scene, and proximity to Charlotte, NC.

Unit : Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU), 3rd floor

Assignment Length : 13 weeks (Start : 11 / 24 / 2025 – End : 2 / 22 / 2026)

Shift : 12-hour night shifts (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM)

Hours per Week : 36 guaranteed

Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend

Float Requirement : Float to other units as needed within skillset

Estimated Weekly Pay : $1620 - $1740

ICU RN Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – South Carolina or compact state

Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience required

Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications

Strong critical thinking, clinical assessment, and communication skills

Ability to adapt and float to other hospital units as needed

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the Medical Intensive Care Unit

Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans

Administer medications, manage ventilators, and perform advanced nursing procedures

Educate patients and families on care plans, recovery processes, and critical care procedures

Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients and staff
