Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage business registrations and ongoing state filings across multiple jurisdictions Maintain and track business licenses, registrations, and renewal schedules Assist in maintaining legal entity records and corporate governance documentation Required Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree 3+ years of relevant experience as a corporate paralegal or legal operations specialist Strong understanding of corporate compliance and business licensing Administrative and organizational skills with experience managing deadlines Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
