• Seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our PrimeCare team to help build and grow a new practice that will be located in Northern Onondaga County
• The candidate will work as a physician extender in a family medicine practice that delivers comprehensive patient care in an outpatient setting scheduled for opening in Winter 2026.
• This candidate will work in collaboration with physicians to assess, diagnose and develop a plan of care in accordance with practice protocol, be responsible for obtaining complete medical histories, performing physical examinations, and ordering appropriate diagnostic tests and making referrals for specialty consultations and care.
• The clinician will spend time in a clinic setting seeing new and established patients with the support of administration and an experienced physician team.
• The ideal candidate will have 5+ years-experience working in an outpatient Primary Care setting.
